Kiani began her real estate career in 2016 and was deemed 'newcomer of the month' shortly after becoming a new agent. Aiding her clients to achieve their real estate goals is a journey that she is honored to be a part of. Born and raised on the Eastside of Oahu, Kiani's fascination with real estate dawned at a young age thanks to her grandmother and her father. Her grandmother was a first-generation immigrant and taught her the importance of working hard and saving to invest while her father — a firm believer in the value of Hawaii real estate, would prompt discussions that sparked her enthusiasm. Kiani grew up volunteering for various non-profit organizations and developed a passion for giving back to her community. This passion combined with her love for real estate has enabled her to become a successful agent who goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service to her clients.

In addition to public service, her past experiences include residential sales, law work as a paralegal, and the hospitality industry. Kiani strives to do things to the highest standard possible. She believes that empathy, patience, and effective communication are instrumental in the business of helping others. Her transparency, integrity, and authenticity along with her expertise are a few traits her past clients have noted that make her a joy to work with.

During her free time, Kiani enjoys spending time with her family and exploring novel things. Whether it be food, places, or ideas — she thrives on innovation and is always eager to learn something new. Her hobbies include gardening, reading, art activities, and basketball.

Born and raised here in Honolulu, Chad spent most of his career in various customer service roles, including hotel and hospitality, retail management and owning and operating his own storefront business. It is through these various roles that he learned to give the best service to his customers and create a personal experience unsurpassed by others. Through operating his own storefront, he realized the importance of creating a personalized experience that catered to each individual, and by doing that provided exceptional service and repeat clientele.

Also a top producing real estate agent, he brought the same experience and passion to his real estate career. With each client, through every step of the way, Chad delivered an unmatched, unparalleled and memorable experience dealing with one of the most important financial decisions a person will make in their lifetime.

With years of experience in the HVAC and service industry, Brent utilizes his excellent customer service and maintenance knowledge to assist with his duties as property manager. He believes in creating and maintaining great relationships through clear communication, and efficient interactions.

From an early age Brent’s family taught him the importance of owning real estate. Since then, he has learned many aspect of the business and is always looking to further his knowledge. Brent grew up in Kaneohe, Hawaii, where he attended and graduated from James B. Castle High School. Growing up he spent much of his time on a family owned farm in Waimanalo, which taught him the importance of hard work and family relations. These same values continue to show through his work ethic and daily interactions today.

In his free time Brent enjoys spending time with his family and fiancée exploring new places and eating great food. Additional activities include soaking up some sun at the beach or on a hike, traveling the world, and learning about other cultures.

With an opportunity to start fresh in 2018, Courtney decided to get her real estate license. She first started out as Transaction Coordinator at her previous brokerage and was quickly promoted to Property Manager. Over the years Courtney has personally managed over 100 properties. This high volume has lead Courtney to become well versed in the Property Management business. With knowledge on both the front end of property management (client communications, showings, leasing and move-outs), and behind the scenes (accounting, advertising, and legalities), Courtney has gained great insight to everything property management entails.

Raised on the west side of O’ahu, Courtney graduated from Campbell High School. From there she spent most of her youth working in the Food and Beverage Industry. She is very happy in her chosen career and plans to continue for years to come.

As a new mom, Courtney spends most of her free time with family and friends. She enjoys the beach, is part of a Book Club and loves to stay active.

Keenan Stewart, a resident of Oahu for seven enriching years after relocating from the Bay Area. With over four years immersed in the nuances of real estate transactions, Keenan has cultivated a deep understanding of the local market with two and a half years of hands-on experience in property management.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Karen graduated from Kaimuki High School and received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Hawaii, Manoa. Karen is married with 2 adult daughters and a granddaughter who she enjoys spending time with. She also enjoys the fellowship with her family, friends, bible study group, and discipleship group.

Karen’s past experience includes being in sales and working as a business registration assistant, reservations, human resources, and a loan officer. Most recently, she has been working at Halekulani Hotel in the Boutique, and was a real estate agent working with her husband at Better Homes and Garden Real Estate Advantage Realty.

Real estate sales has prepared her in different areas, such as customer service, working with buyers and sellers, prepping a home for showing, documentation, and other related services to transition to rental property management. Karen brings her exceptional service skills and wide breath of knowledge and experience in sales and real estate to the property management industry.
